Planning and Supply of production lines
We develop planning and execution activities for the supply of the production lines, control of internal material flows and respective allocation of resources.
Services include supplies to the production lines of raw materials, other materials and consumables in various concepts of internal and external supply (milk run, direct supply, bulk, among other models).
In the management of supplies we consider multi-warehouse storage (raw materials, semi-finished product and finished product) and management of automatic provisioning of the different storage areas.

- Replenishment of intermediate storage areas in production (Kanban).
