We have established the Lean Culture, empowering employees through an internal development programme, introducing basic concepts and tools for problem solving, process efficiency and waste reduction. In this way the Rangel Lean Programme has been the vision of expanding our activities in our customers’ operations.

As a result of the continuous improvement programme and through the use of operational synergies, we also have recurrent and/or sporadic value-added services to support the completion of the final product, according to the examples described below:
- (De) palletizing, (re) wrapping;
- Picking & packing, co-packing, re-packing, re-labelling;
- Product assemblies, product setup and sample preparation;
- Functional tests and small technical interventions.
